FAQ
Ingredients
No. The name "quesillo" is not because it contains cheese, but because its texture has little holes that resemble cheese and hence its name.
For some strange reason, a few people have noticed a slight liquor taste in our quesillos. However, it does not have any liquor. None. Zero. So it can be enjoyed by both children and adults.
Even though they look similar (the quesillo is darker, though), they taste totally different. The quesillo is creamier and its flavor, well, it's indescribable. And unforgettable. And second to none.
The Venezuelan quesillo is made from eggs, sugar, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. And in our case, also with a lot of dedication and love 🙂
From Fort Lauderdale to South Miami and everywhere in between.
The large quesillo is for 6-8 people or one person with a huge appetite. The Mini is, of course, for one person and the Twins are for two people who know that only one is impossible to share.
Deliveries
We deliver from Fort Lauderdale to South Miami and everywhere in between. Prices range from $3 to $7. In the shopping cart, the amount is calculated depending on the delivery area.
Unfortunately not. The quesillo is a delicate product and we do not guarantee that it will maintain its freshness and quality over long journeys. The good thing is that if you've always wished for a trip to Miami, now you have a new reason to come!
sizes
Usually one is enough because usually at parties there are other desserts as well. However, if you have a lot of guests we recommend at least two, not only because they will surely repeat but because you will want to keep a piece for you to enjoy the following day (and as with many desserts and meals, the next day is when they taste the best!)
Special requirements
Yes, of course. You can ask for the caramel to be made lighter or darker, or for an additional fee, you can order a completely organic quesillo. You can also request that the packaging label say something special for special occasions, etc.
